Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you request a quote, contact us, communicate with us, schedule or receive services, make a payment, submit a review, or otherwise interact with High Touch Points LLC.
Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or service area, vehicle year, make and model, vehicle condition or service needs, appointment and service information, payment-related information, messages, photographs of your vehicle, reviews or testimonials, and other information you choose to provide.
Our ceramic-coating quote form may request vehicle year, make and model, first name, phone number, and ZIP code, and may also allow you to provide additional contact information.
High Touch Points LLC does not record customer calls as part of its current business practice.
How we use information
We may use customer information to respond to quote and service requests; discuss vehicle condition and recommended services; schedule, perform, document, and follow up on services; communicate about appointments, service status, aftercare, warranty matters, and review requests; process and document payments; maintain customer and service records; operate, secure, measure, and improve our website and business systems; measure website activity, form submissions, and advertising performance; and comply with applicable business, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping obligations.
Service providers and information sharing
High Touch Points LLC may use service providers that support business operations, including customer-management and communications systems, website hosting and technology providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, payment processors, and related business-service providers.
These providers may process information as needed to provide services to High Touch Points LLC. High Touch Points LLC does not sell customer personal information and does not provide customer personal information to other companies for their own independent marketing purposes.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not provided to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Access to customer leads and CRM records is limited to High Touch Points LLC and service providers that require access to operate the systems used by the business. Employees, contractors, freelancers, web developers, and outside administrators do not have routine access to customer leads or CRM records unless access is specifically required and authorized for a business purpose.
Text messages
When a customer provides consent through the quote form or otherwise communicates by text, High Touch Points LLC may send non-promotional messages related to quote requests, appointments, service updates, aftercare, and review requests.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out and may contact 480-789-2614 or service@hightouchpoints.com for assistance.
High Touch Points LLC does not currently use this consent to send promotional or discount marketing texts.
Website analytics, advertising measurement, and tracking
Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, conversion tracking, embedded forms, chat functions, and similar technologies provided by service providers. These technologies may process device, browser, website-interaction, form-submission, and similar information to operate the site, measure website activity, understand form conversions, and evaluate advertising performance.

Customer photos and reviews
High Touch Points LLC may photograph a customer’s vehicle for service documentation. Going forward, vehicle photos used in marketing will be used with customer permission. When practical, identifying details such as license plates, faces, and house numbers should be hidden or excluded.
Publicly posted customer reviews or testimonials may be shared or reposted in marketing. Non-public reviews or testimonials may be used in marketing when the customer has given permission.
Retention
High Touch Points LLC does not currently use a single fixed deletion schedule for all customer records. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, service, warranty, accounting, legal, recordkeeping, and related operational purposes.
Security
High Touch Points LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect customer information. No method of electronic storage, transmission, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers may contact service@hightouchpoints.com or 480-789-2614 with questions or requests concerning information they have provided to High Touch Points LLC. Requests are reviewed individually. This policy does not promise automatic deletion or a fixed response deadline where one is not otherwise required by applicable law.
